This glittery combination will have you rethinking your smoky eye approach

A smoky eye is a classic choice for an evening out, no matter what time of year it is. Traditional shades of gray, charcoal and black always look chic, but with warm-toned eye shadow palettes filling the shelves, you may want to try out a different look this season.
The following tutorial showcases the beauty of camel, nutmeg, brown and copper. By layering complementary colors, you’ll give your eyes warmth and dimension while creating a cohesive look. When applying metallic copper shadow, press the brush against your eyelid firmly to prevent excess pigment particles from settling below your eyes. Finish off the look with a pair of flirty false lashes and nude lipstick for a warm, seductive look.

Instructions
1. Spritz your face with hydrating mist, and fan your skin to help the mist dry faster.
2. Pat and press a dime-sized amount of facial serum onto the oil-prone areas of your face, such as your T-zone, with your fingers. Fan your face once more.
3. Prepare your skin for makeup by applying moisturizer with your fingers. Wait a few minutes before proceeding to make sure your skin has fully absorbed the product.
4. Apply liquid foundation to your skin with a foundation brush, and gently press a damp beauty sponge against your face to remove excess product and brush marks.
5. Brighten the area under your eyes and cover redness around your nose by applying light-colored concealer with the applicator wand. Press the product into your skin with the damp beauty sponge.
6. Set the concealer by pressing loose powder below your eyes with the damp sponge. Sweep the excess away with a cheek brush.
7. Swirl bronzer below your cheekbones and along your temples and forehead with a cheek brush.
8. Restore color to your cheeks by patting and swirling coral blush onto them with a cheek brush.
9. Groom your brows and fill in missing hairs with an eyebrow pencil.
10. Pat eye shadow primer onto your eyelids with your ring finger. Wait a few seconds before applying eye shadow.
11. Swirl camel eye shadow over the crease of the eye with the blending brush.
12. Intensify the crease by layering nutmeg brown eye shadow over the first color.
13. Darken the outer corner of your upper lid by applying dark brown eye shadow. Blend the color into the crease as well.
14. Give the outer corner of your lid a smoky finish by patting black eye shadow into place with a small eye shadow brush.
15. Brighten your lid with metallic copper eye shadow. To reduce fallout below your eyes, press the small eye shadow brush firmly against the lid and drag the pigment toward the outer corner. Pat more pigment into place if needed, but do not sweep the brush back and forth.
16. Hold the false lashes with the tweezers, and apply a small amount of lash glue onto the lash band. Let the glue set for 10 seconds, and apply the lashes just above your upper lashes.
17. To round out the eye shadow look, sweep nutmeg eye shadow under your lower lashes, and press dark brown eye shadow against your lower lash line with a shadow liner brush.
