There's something about the palm leaf design which is just intrinsically cool. Whether it's clothing or home decor, adding a tropical print can be a perfect way to up your pattern game. But one area you may have overlooked in terms of the palm print style? Your nails.
Although it can seem intimidating to start painting intricate designs on your nails, the palm tree print is deceptively easy. The natural inspiration behind the design means you don't need to flawlessly execute your leaves — each one can be a little different. Going for fun shades like pink and teal can make the design even more easy on the eye.

Instructions
1. Start by painting the upper three quarters of each nail a soft, pale pink shade. We used Elite 99 Pink Gel Polish in 'N15.' Allow your base layer to dry using a UV lamp.
2. Take a white gel polish (we used the Elite 99 White Drawing Gel in '5603') on a thin liner brush. Begin painting thin palm leaf shapes on the polished part of the finger. Dry under your lamp.
3. Do the same thing, using a pale teal nail polish. We used the Canni Gel in '610.' You can overlap your white and teal palm leaves for a more layered effect. Again, allow to dry.
4. Use a clear topcoat to seal in your nail art, and once more allow to dry under your lamp.
5. This design looks beautiful either across each of your digits, or as an accent nail. But for even more fun, consider pairing it with other tropical-themed nail art designs.
