From lazy beach days to Coachella style festivals: Bohemian nails suit almost any summer occasion. What is it we think of when we are reminded of the bohemian lifestyle? Campervans, tassel clothing, music, long hair, and a carefree attitude. It sounds like a slice of paradise, so why not incorporate it into your nails? This unique type of manicure is inspired by the ethnic tribal motif from a mixture of cultures such as Turkish, Moroccan, Indian, Egyptian, and South American.
This look, which is often referred to as "boho-chic", involves bold geometric shapes and a range of colors. Although it may appear complicated and time-consuming, our tutorial has simplified and shortened the process for you, so you can spend more time soaking up the sun this summer.

Instructions
1. Paint your entire nail with the Elite99 Gel Polish in shade Tan and cure under your gel lamp for 30 seconds or more.
1. Paint your entire nail with the Elite99 Gel Polish in shade Tan and cure under your gel lamp for 30 seconds or more.
2. Using a short round brush and the Elite99 white drawing gel in shade 5603, paint two bold stripes at the top of your nail. One stripe should be on the tip of your nail while the other should be just 2/3 mm below; however, the stripe on the tip may need to be thicker due to your nail shape. Remember, you can dip your brush into your drawing gel as much as you need to ensure the white is highly pigmented.
3. Once your stripes are complete, cure the nail under the gel lamp until completely dry.
4. Next, take your Cheetsan native pattern nail stickers and simply trim twice with your small, sharp scissors on the tribal pattern border to create a rectangle. These two incisions should be approximately just under 2 cm apart. This should then allow you to lift a small piece of the sticker from the sheet. To do so, use a pair of tweezers and grab the loose sticker with the prongs to peel it off.
5. Place the sticker you cut out onto your nail in the gap between your two white stripes. The sticker may hang over the edges of your nail slightly, so use your scissors to trim it down to fit your nail.
6. To create a more dynamic and bold design, use your liner brush and Elite99 white drawing gel to outline your previous white stripes. Simply paint two thick lines on the edges of your bottom stripe and one thick line on the bottom edge, closest to your sticker, on your top stripe. The trick is to be as creative as you want. Add a series of dots and lines to your stripes to give them a tribal pattern.
7. Next, to create the image of free-falling tassels, gently paint downwards from the bottom white stripe in long and short thin strokes, which should stay collected together as though they are attached at the top, almost like a dreamcatcher.
8. Now you have your design in place, cure the nail under your gel lamp.
9. Paint your nail with the Cheri Non-Wipe Top Coat to protect the design beneath. While this is still wet, use your tweezers to apply a round gold stud to the top of where your white tassels begin. This will make your whole design appear more realistic.
10. Finally, dry the completed design under your gel lamp to ensure no smudges occur. Once finished, you'll be left with nails worthy of any #boho Instagram post.
