How to apply sheer coverage face makeup

Full coverage makeup has its merits, but there's a lot to be said about sheer coverage makeup. For starters, it's a time saver. Instead of concealing every square inch of your face, simply concentrate on evening out your skin and giving it a fresh, natural finish.
Sheer makeup also gives you a touch of coverage without feeling heavy. It's less likely to smudge or transfer in humid weather, and it showcases your skin. If you hate the feel of makeup, or have never worn it in your life, this is the place to start.

To create a fresh, natural finish, use luminizer as a base and stick with liquid or serum foundation. Apply your base only where needed, then concentrate on grooming your brows, giving your cheeks a kiss of color, and finishing with a glossy lip. Feel free to add eye makeup if you want, but keep it simple and neutral.

Instructions
1. Dab luminizer onto your cheeks and in the center of your forehead. Gently rub the product into your skin to create a luminous base.
2. Apply liquid foundation to your face and press it into your skin with a damp beauty sponge.
3. To cover dark circles under your eyes, apply the darker concealer with the applicator wand where you have discoloration, then layer a small amount of lighter concealer on top of it. Press the concealer into your skin with the damp beauty sponge. Tip: Add a little concealer to the center of your forehead and onto your chin as well. This will bring light to the center of your face.
4. Groom your brows with the spoolie, then apply brow pomade with the angled brow brush. Use the spoolie once more to diffuse the pomade, so it looks natural.
5. Brush pearly quartz highlighting powder onto the top of your cheeks as well as the center of your forehead, underneath the brow bone, along the bridge of your nose and on your chin with a cheek brush.
6. Liven up your complexion by applying coral blush to your cheeks with a fluffy blush brush in light tapping strokes. Tip: Begin at the apples, then sweep the blush up toward the top of your ear in a diagonal motion. Blend thoroughly to eliminate harsh edges.
7. Finish this sheer coverage look by applying rosy nude lip gloss to your lips.
Don’t be surprised if you get more than a few compliments. Stay pretty!
