How to create electric rainbow dreams on nails

There's something about bright colors. You just can't help but be drawn to them whenever you see them. That's probably a part of what makes rainbows are so appealing, why studious notetakers find them necessary in organizing their thoughts, and how tie-dyed fashion ever became a thing. It's not always practical to walk to wear all of your most flashy shades at once, so it's nice to know there's a way to be vibrant even when your outfit has to err on the side of dull.

Adding the cloud component only amplifies the cute nature of this look. Bright, bubbly and all around fun, this electrifying rainbow-in-the-sky style will definitely jazz up everyday office outfits and give you a look to perfect by the time festival season comes around. The weather outside may be a bit frightful, but at least these nails can provide a dash of color to brighten up your day.

Materials
- White gel polish
- Pink polish
- Green polish
- Orange polish
- Purple polish
- Blue polish
- Detail brush
- Dotting tool
- Gel top coat

Instructions
1. Apply two coats of white gel polish.

2. Starting with the pink polish, apply two to three small patches of color in random spots around the nail. Make sure they are not too close to each other as the empty space will be filled with other colors.

3. Repeat this with each color of polish until the white polish base is no longer visible. Try to do this as quickly as possible.

4. Before each nail can fully dry, wisp the detail brush across it, particularly along the borderlines where each of the colors meets. This softens the color lines and helps blend them together.

5. Once dried, use the dotting tool to form clouds with the white gel polish.

6. Lock in this colorful look with the gel top coat.
