Exfoliate for glow, and let your skin shine

Having a radiant complexion is key to any successful makeup look. But a beautifully glowing base takes more than just clever makeup application. By taking proper care of your skin, you can be sure your makeup will always look its very best. A good skincare routine can also mean you have to use less product to achieve that dewy base.
One absolutely essential skincare step for a brighter and smoother complexion is exfoliation. By removing dead skin cells and debris from the skin's surface, you'll help reveal the newer, brighter and more youthful-looking skin below. By pairing your fresh and bright complexion with a light coverage base product, you can achieve a perfect yet still natural-looking base.

1. Begin with an exfoliating face mask. Apply to your skin, and leave for the allotted time, then scrub off using circular motions.
2. After removing your mask, apply a hydrating moisturizer to your skin.
3. Apply a glowy, radiance-boosting primer.
4. Apply a glowy bronze base product to add glow underneath your makeup.
5. Use a buffing brush to apply a light coverage foundation.
6. Fill in your eyebrows with your product of choice.
7. Apply a cream bronzer to your cheekbones using a stippling brush.
8. On top of this, apply a similarly toned powder bronzer.
9. Apply a brightening concealer to your under-eyes, and blend in with a dampened beauty sponge.
10. Apply a warm coral cream blush to the apples of your cheekbones.
11. Use a small flat eye shadow brush to apply a champagne-colored cream eye shadow across your eyelids.
12. Apply black mascara to your lashes.
