Materials
- Akzentz Luxio in "Polar" (base color two coats)
- Kupa No Wipe Matte Top Coat
- Watercolor in blue, purple, and white
- Water well brush
- Presto in "73 Fantastico"
- Kupa No Wipe Top Coat
- Akzentz Hybrid-Pro Lamp (not shown)

Instructions
1. Begin with a base color of two coats of white gel polish. Cure under the lamp.
2. Apply a matte topcoat over your base shade, and cure again.
3. Use a water well brush to apply a purple watercolor paint to the lower half of your nail in a dabbing motion.
4. Use the same technique to apply a blue watercolor to the top half of your nail.
5. Blend the two shades together using your water well brush and a small amount of white watercolor.
6. Once the paints are dry, apply a layer of clear glitter gel polish over the entire nail, and cure under the lamp.
7. Apply a layer of gel top coat, and cure for a final time under the lamp.
8. You can repeat the process across your other nails, using different shades of watercolor for a bolder look.
