Be the boss with a red lip, high pony and glasses

Less may be more in some cases, but add a bright red lip to a basic ponytail hairstyle, and you’ll be looking more like the boss than the office assistant. One of the best ways to wear red lipstick is to make it the focal point of your look. In this case, the rest of the makeup is neutral, the hair is pulled back, and the glasses are optional.
Start by evening out your skin tone with CC cream. It has skin-loving ingredients that treat your skin while also providing sheer coverage. Dark-colored concealer blends easily into CC cream, so skip the bronzer or contour cream and just buff a darker concealer under your cheekbones and up around your hairline.

Keep the eyes neutral, but add a small black wing for effect. Get ready to rule the room!

3. Pat pale pink blush onto your cheeks with a cheek brush.
4. Press the felt tip of the liquid eyeliner near the outer corner of your eye. Angle it so it points upward toward the tail of the brow. Create a second diagonal line above it to form a small triangle. Fill in the triangle, and line your upper lash line as well.
