This dollar bill makeup look will make your haters green with envy

Whoever said it’s not easy being green has never tried this dollar bill makeup look. Whether you want to stand out at cocktail hour or manifest moolah with the best of them, this look is your ticket to the high life. Just don’t be surprised when people get seriously jealous over — or even try to steal — your showstopping style.
Emerald shadow with a golden sheen serves as the centerpiece of this eye-catching makeup. Layering golden emerald shadow over army green and cinnamon brown helps blend the color up toward your brow bone. A touch of shimmery white shadow at the corners of your eyes adds interest and light. With a look this striking, you also can’t afford to skip the false eyelashes.

Instructions
1. Rub moisturizer onto your face. Apply a few lines of primer to your cheeks, and rub it in with your fingertips.
2. Apply foundation using a foundation brush. Long strokes across your cheeks help give the fullest coverage.
3. With concealer a few shades lighter than your foundation, draw a few lines below your eyes and a triangle between your brows. Blend it in with the tapered end of a damp blending sponge using a stippling motion.
4. Apply setting powder on your cheeks with the side of a blending sponge. Use a stippling motion.
5. Shape and define your brows. One option is to first shape your brows with a spoolie. Then, line and fill in your brows with an angled brow brush and brow pomade.
6. Swirl bronzer along your cheekbones, sucking them in to see where the bronzer should go, and stipple blush onto the apples of your cheeks.
7. Use a precision flat top brush to apply eye shadow primer to your lids, and blend it in.
8. With a fluffy eye shadow brush, apply “Pooter” or a matte cinnamon shadow to the outside of your lid and the crease.
9. With a small eye shadow brush, layer a defined line of “Enchanted” or a dark army green shadow on top of “Pooter.”
10. With a flat eye shadow brush, apply “Golden Emerald” or a glittery green-gold shadow on top of your lid.
11. With a small eye shadow brush, apply “Enchanted" or the army green shadow you used in step 9 to your lower lash line.
12. Apply “Nude Beach” or a shimmery ivory shadow to the inner corners of your eyes.
13. Apply false eyelashes. Holding them with a tweezer, apply a thin line of lash glue onto the lash band. Allow the glue to set to about 10 seconds, and apply to your upper lashes.
