Sweeten a simple square French manicure with some iridescent bling

Few manicures are as classic as the French tip. The two-tone color simulates the natural hues of your nail bed and tip. If you love a natural look but dislike the chalky appearance of opaque polish, then you’ll love the way this combination leads to a see-through finish.
To create this look, you’ll apply two different colors of nail gel and blend them together in the center with a comb brush. This eliminates the harsh, obvious line that’s generally found in a French tip. And because every manicure deserves a little something extra, iridescent rhinestones accent the cuticle without being overly glitzy.
- Translucent nude nail gel (Born Pretty, Caged Bird)
- Milky white nail gel (Vishine, 1346)
- Comb brush
- LED lamp (Lumcrissy, not shown)
- No-wipe top coat (Cheri)
- Iridescent rhinestones (Nicole Diary)
- Wax pencil
Fierce League
1. Apply a small amount of translucent nude nail gel near the cuticle, and apply milky white nail gel from the middle of the nail to the tip.
2. Use the comb brush to drag the nude gel into the center of the nail to create a gradual shift in color.
3. Cure the wet gel with the LED lamp.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 too deepen the effect.
5. Apply a layer of no-wipe top coat to your nail, and use the wax pencil to pick up and place a row of rhinestones near your cuticle.
6. Cure the wet gel with the LED lamp once more.
