Create a minimalist low bun paired with soft rose gold makeup

If you’re working from home or just running errands around town, it’s nice to have a go-to look that’s low key but still polished. Rose gold continues to trend, and this pretty combination of warm rose and metallic rose gold will give you a fresh look even on minimalist days.
Because a quick and easy hairstyle is also a necessity, try pairing this makeup combination with a low bun. All you’ll need are a few bobby pins and a hair elastic to give your updo a soft yet polished look.

Instructions
1. Prepare your skin for makeup by applying moisturizer with your fingers. Wait a few minutes before proceeding to make sure your skin has fully absorbed the product.
2. Apply foundation to your skin with a foundation brush using downward strokes.
3. Restore brightness to your face by applying concealer with the applicator wand. Apply the product below your eyes, on the center of your forehead, above the cupid’s bow and along the bridge of your nose. Press the product into your skin with a damp beauty sponge.
4. Set the concealer by pressing loose powder below your eyes with the damp sponge.
5. Swirl bronzer along your cheekbones with a cheek brush.
6. Restore color to your cheeks by patting pink blush onto them with the cheek brush. Apply the product from the center of your cheek outward toward the hairline diagonally toward the top of your ear.
7. Set the makeup by misting your face with setting spray. Hold the bottle at least 6 inches away from your face to avoid getting wet droplets on your skin.
8. Press the damp beauty sponge against the tops of your cheekbones to ensure there is no excess blush.
9. Accentuate your cheekbones, tip of your nose and cupid’s bow by sweeping gold highlighter onto them with a tapered brush.
10. Outline your brows and fill in missing hairs with brow cream. Use an angled brow brush for precision.
11. Sweep warm rose eye shadow along your entire lid as well as the crease of your eye with the blending brush.
12. Pat metallic rose gold eye shadow onto your lid using the flat shader brush.
13. Apply black mascara to your lashes.
14. If you want to add false lashes, hold them with the tweezers, and apply a small amount of lash glue onto the lash band. Let the glue set for 10 seconds, and apply the lashes just above your upper lashes.
15. Outline your lips and fill them in with the matte rose lip crayon.
16. Pull all of your hair back toward the nape of your neck, twist it and form a low bun. Use the hair elastic to hold the hair in place.
17. If you have shorter layers near your face or have long bangs, twist them and pin them in place with bobby pins beside your ear.
