You’ll never have to wing it with this easy, winged liner look

Every makeup lover searches for that enviable fast-but-not-boring makeup look that lets them be ready for the day with just a few minutes of work. One of the easiest ways to do this is with a simple winged eyeliner. It's believed that in ancient Egypt the amount of makeup — in particular, eyeliner — that a person wore was tied to their status and so, thousands of years ago, the first winged eyeliner look was born. This ultimate classic has withstood the test of time, with icons such as Marilyn Monroe and Amy Winehouse cementing it even further in makeup history.
Why not let this beautiful, ever-popular makeup technique stand as the focal point of your face? It’s easy to do when you simply add a little lip gloss to your lids instead of eye shadow. The subtle sheen will draw attention without layer upon layer of eye shadow and lets your striking eyes stun a crowd, framed by the most sultry of eyeliner styles. Check out this oh-so-easy double use for lip gloss, and find your next five-minute makeup routine.

Instructions
1. Prep your face by massaging Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré Face and Body Moisturizer into your skin.
2. Once the moisturizer is soaked in, use a foundation brush to apply a layer of Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion Ultra-Longwear Foundation to your entire face.
3. Add a layer of Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation as a concealer under your eyes in a triangle shape and on your chin, the bridge of your nose and between your eyebrows. Blend in the lighter shade with a Beautyblender or makeup sponge.
4. Pat Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder over the concealer with the Beautyblender.
5. Fill in brows with Morphe Brow Cream and an eyebrow brush. The tutorial uses the color “Hazelnut.” Line brows with the same color of Morphe Brow cream and a brown liner brush.
6. With a contour brush or powder brush, apply Fenty Beauty Sun Stalk’r Instant Warmth Bronzer in “Private Island” under your cheekbones to add a subtle contour.
7. Add Colourpop Super Shock Blush in “Birthday Suit” to your cheeks with a blush brush or powder brush.
8. Start the eyeliner by adding a subtle wing at the outer edge and following that line along your upper lashes. The tutorial uses Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner.
9. Add L’Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara to give your lashes a burst of volume.
10. Apply a layer of Rimmel London Stay Glossy Lip Gloss to your lid above the winged liner. This will add a slight sheen to your lids.
11. Fill in your lips with Maybelline Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lip Color in “Daringly Nude.”
