Electric pink winged liner may be summer's hottest go-to look

Before you know it, summer will be in full swing. Nothing updates your makeup like bold colors, and electric pink can be surprisingly easy to wear when done right. If you’re not ready to jump onto the vivid eye shadow trend but still want a pop of color, try using a bright pink pigment as your eyeliner.
This look owes its vibrancy to a cool, white layer of gel eyeliner. It gives the pink extra brightness and staying power. Limit the other colors you wear on your eyes so the wing is the main feature. Since a bright cheek color looks equally at home with this style, swap out your regular blush in favor of liquid lipstick in a complementary shade.

Instructions
1. Apply makeup primer to your face with your fingertips.
2. Apply liquid foundation to your skin with a foundation brush.
3. Apply concealer below your eyes, on the center of your forehead, bridge of your nose, above your Cupid’s bow, on the center of your chin and below your eyebrows. Press the product into your skin with the buffing brush.
4. Stroke the contour stick below your cheekbone, along your jawline and upper forehead, down the sides of your nose and just below your brows. For small areas, like the eye area and nose, buff the product into your skin with the buffing brush. Use the foundation brush to stipple the product into your cheeks, forehead and jawline.
5. Set the under-eye area as well as the sides of your nose, the area below the cheek contour, your forehead and chin by applying loose powder with the makeup sponge. Dust off the excess powder with a cheek brush.
6. Sweep bronzer onto your cheeks, temples and forehead with the cheek brush.
7. Brighten the high points of your face by patting on highlighter with a tapered brush. Highlight the tops of your cheekbones, the area under your brow bone, the bridge of your nose, Cupid’s bow and chin.
8. Outline your brows, and fill in missing hairs with brow cream. Use an angled brush for precision.
9. Use the white gel eyeliner and the flat eyeliner brush to create your eyeliner wing. Press the brush into the skin next to the outer corner of your eye, angling the brush upward toward the tail of the brow. Create a second diagonal line above it to form a small triangle. Fill in the triangle and line your entire upper lash line as well. Tip: Wipe the brush clean on a tissue before proceeding to the next step.
10. Layer vibrant cotton candy pressed pigment over the white eyeliner with the angled brush.
11. Apply black mascara to your upper and lower lashes.
12. Hold the false lashes with your fingers, and apply a small amount of lash glue onto the lash band. Let the glue set for 10 seconds, then apply the lashes just above your upper lashes.
13. Apply salmon pink liquid lipstick to the back of your hand, dab a clean makeup sponge into the lipstick, and then press the pigment against your cheeks. For a sun-kissed effect, dab a small amount on the top of your nose as well.
14. Line your lips with nude lip pencil, then use the lip brush to fill them in with coral lipstick.
