Create a purple look that really pops

Is there really such a thing as too much sparkle? Glitter catches the light and creates dimension like nothing else, so why not add it to a vibrant purple makeup look? Pressed pigments are rapidly becoming staple products in eye shadow palettes, and this sparkly look includes some of the best made by Anastasia Beverly Hills.
Pressed pigments offer intense color saturation, so a little goes a long way. To ensure that the products safely adhere to the eye area, use a long-wearing eye shadow primer underneath. Layering colors will give you a multi-dimensional result, and a pair of fluffy false lashes will bring everything together.

Instructions
1. Apply makeup primer to your face with your fingertips.
2. Apply liquid foundation to your skin, then use a foundation brush to gently press the product into place.
3. Apply concealer below your eyes and on the center of your forehead, bridge of your nose, above your Cupid’s bow, on the center of your chin and below your eyebrows. Press the product into your skin with the buffing brush.
4. Stroke the contour stick below your cheekbone, along your jawline and upper forehead, down the sides of your nose and just below your brows. For small areas, like the eye area and nose, buff the product into your skin with the buffing brush. Use the foundation brush to stipple the product into your cheeks, forehead and jawline.
5. Set the under-eye area as well as the sides of your nose, the area below the cheek contour, your forehead and chin by applying loose powder with the makeup sponge. Dust off the excess powder with a fluffy cheek brush.
6. Sweep bronzer onto your cheeks, temples and forehead with the cheek brush.
7. Brighten the high points of your face by patting on highlighter with a tapered brush. Highlight the tops of your cheekbones, the area under the brow bone, the bridge of the nose, Cupid’s bow and chin.
8. Outline your brows, and fill in missing hairs with brow cream. Use an angled brow brush for precision.
9. Pat eye shadow primer onto your eye area with your ring finger.
10. Sweep metallic rose eye shadow over the crease with a blending brush.
11. Layer vivid lilac pressed pigment over the crease and onto your lower lid with a crease brush.
12. Pat vivid violet pressed pigment onto the center of the lid with a shader brush. Blend the edges with the crease brush to diffuse any harsh edges.
13. Sweep vivid lilac pigment below your lower lashes, then press vivid violet pigment up against the lower lash line with a shadow liner brush.
14. Fill in your lower waterline with black pencil eyeliner.
15. Press black pencil eyeliner into your upper waterline just below your lashes.
16. Brighten the inner corner of your eye next to the tear duct by applying pale metallic lilac eye shadow with the pencil brush.
17. Pat white glitter eye shadow onto the center of the lid with your finger.
18. Hold the false lashes with the tweezers, and apply a small amount of lash glue onto the lash band. Let the glue set for 10 seconds, then apply the lashes just above your upper lashes.
