With this winged liner and bold lip look, glamor has never been so easy

Nothing says classic elegance like winged eyeliner and bright red lipstick. Winged eyeliner and voluminous lashes are perfect for a fluttering, come-hither gaze, while a vibrant pout will have paramours puckering up. Best of all, it takes only a couple of minutes to apply this standout style.
Part of the beauty of the look is its simplicity. Winged liner stands out on its own, so there’s no need for complicated eye shadow. False eyelashes help accentuate the drama. Bold red liquid lipstick is the ultimate eye-catcher and doesn’t need to be reapplied throughout the day.

Instructions
1. Massage and pat moisturizer into your face. Repeat with a hydrating primer. This will help protect your skin and prevent makeup from slipping throughout the day.
2. Pat eye shadow primer onto your lids with your fingertips.
3. Sweep “Nookie Rookie” or a light cream shadow onto the crease of your eyelid with a fluffy eye shadow brush. Layer “Cumin Get It” or a matte tan shadow onto the crease and the outside of your lid.
4. With an angled brush and gel eyeliner, draw on winged eyeliner. Start by drawing a line angled up from the corner of your eye. Draw a second line from the end of the first that angles down toward the middle of your lash line. Fill in the eyeliner all the way to the inner corner of your eye.
5. Apply false eyelashes. Allow the glue to set.
6. Apply foundation with a foundation brush. Use a stippling motion for fuller coverage.
7. Apply several lines of concealer underneath your eyes. Draw a triangle between your brows and a line down the bridge of your nose. Blend in the concealer with the tapered end of a damp blending sponge.
8. Apply a line of contour concealer under your cheekbones. Blend it in with a blending sponge.
9. Apply setting powder below your eyes with a blending sponge.
10. Shape and fill in your brows as desired. One method is to shape your brows with a spoolie, then fill them in with brow pomade and an angled brush.
11. Sweep bronzer on underneath your cheekbones and around your hairline. Stipple blush onto the apples of your cheeks.
12. Holding the can several inches from your face, spray on makeup setting spray.
13. Apply “Hotshot” or bright red liquid lipstick. With that, your winged liner and bold lip look is complete!
