Stay golden with this shimmery makeup look

Bold eye looks don’t always have to rely on dark colors and deep contrast. Using a single shade as the focus and playing it up with other colors can draw attention just as well. For a rich, bright look, a metallic gold eye is just what you need. Gold is a precious metal for a reason — we love it. And wearing it in an eye color brightens and highlights the sparkle in your eye.
For this look, try using reds and browns to bring out the gold metallic shades. Using strong backdrops will let the gold shine even brighter. Consider trying a liquid gold metallic for a more opaque, strong effect.

Instructions
1. Prep your face with Embryolisse Lait-Creme Concentre Face & Body Moisturizer. Smooth it into your skin with your fingers until it’s fully absorbed.
2. Apply lines of Estee Lauder Double Wear Radiant Concealer under your eyes and along the sides of your nose. Add some to the area between your brows, your T-zone and upper lip. Blend with a makeup sponge. Blend some to your upper eyelids to prime them for eye color. Use a concealer brush along your nose and under your eyes for a buffed, airbrushed look.
3. Use a foundation brush to apply a layer of NARS Sheer Glow Foundation to your entire face. Try a stippling motion to avoid lines.
4. Use a contour brush or powder brush to press on Huda Beauty Easy Bake Loose Baking & Setting Powder in “Banana Bread” under your eyes.
5. Sweep on Too Faced Born This Way Multi-Use Complexion Powder with a small powder brush under your cheekbones.
6. Pat on MAC Powder Blush in “Gingerly” to your cheeks with a powder brush or blush brush.
7. Add a little MAC Mineralize Skinfinish in “Global Glow” to your cheekbones with a small contour brush or powder brush.
8. Line and fill your brows with Morphe Brow Cream and an angled brow brush.
9. Use a round shadow brush to apply MAC Eyeshadow in “Saddle” to your outer corner and your eyelid crease.
10. Layer your outer corners with “Edges” from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Jackie Aina Palette, and blend it into your eyelid.
11. Brush on “C2” from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Norvina Pro Pigment Palette Vol. 1 from your inner eye corner to your eyelid.
12. Smudge “Trust Issues” from the Anastasia Beverly Hills Jackie Aina Palette into your inner eye corner with a smudge brush or a flat shadow brush.
13. Use an angled liner brush to apply Anastasia Beverly Hills Waterproof Creme Color in “Jet” along your upper lash line in a cat-eye shape. Volumize your lashes with your favorite false lashes.
14. Fill your waterline with Sephora Collection 12hr Colorful Contour Eyeliner in “Coconut.”
15. Fill in your lower lash line with a flat shadow brush and MAC Eyeshadow in “Saddle.”
16. Line your lips with ULTA Automatic Lip Liner in “Spice,” then fill them with MAC Satin Lipstick in “Shrimpton.”
