Treat yourself at home with this DIY orange and marigold nail soak

If you enjoy the full manicure experience, especially the time your nails spend luxuriating in fragrant soaking liquid, you’ll appreciate learning how you can recreate that experience at home. Buffing and filing can be rough on your cuticles, as can the acetone used in a polish change. This DIY recipe will remedy all of that right in your very own home.
Mixing natural ingredients, like marigold flowers and herbal tea, with a combination of essential oils and warm water makes a soothing soak. Marigold flowers have anti-inflammatory properties. Orange oil brightens and encourages nail growth, and honey moisturizes while contributing antibacterial properties to the blend. The sweet almond oil also soothes and hydrates the skin around your nails, leaving it plump and rejuvenated.
