Let your lips do the talking by pairing a minimal eye with a dark rose lip

Eyes seem to steal the show when it comes to makeup. Bring the attention to your pout with a dark rose lip. By pairing a feminine, full lip with a minimal eye look, your smile will be the stunner while adding a little color to your face.
This look is great for day or night and can be dressed up or down. We chose a bold winged liner, but the look can be made more subtle with a thinner line. Try this lip look in different colors to match different outfits and to complement your skin tone. For added drama, use false lashes as a finishing touch.

Instructions
1. Use Derma E Vitamin C Renewing Moisturizer all over to keep your skin soft and easy to work on.
2. Prime your skin with Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer.
3. After prepping your skin, apply a layer of Marc Jacobs Beauty Shameless Youthful-Look 24H Foundation SPF 25. Blend with a foundation brush or stippling brush.
4. Using a concealer brush, apply a layer of Estee Lauder Double Wear Radiant Concealer under each eye. Add a little to the area between your brows and on the chin.
5. Use an angled foundation brush or powder brush to press Makeup Revolution Loose Baking Powder onto the area where you applied the concealer.
6. For a contour, apply Too Faced Born This Way Powder Foundation under your cheekbones with a contour brush or powder brush. Our model used the shade “Warm Sand.”
7. To add warmth and a little color, apply MAC Blush in “Warm Soul” to your cheekbones with a powder brush or blush brush.
8. With a small powder brush, brush on a layer of Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlight in “Moonstone” lightly to the tops of your cheeks. Also sweep a little to the top of your nose, the top of your Cupid’s Bow and your chin.
9. Line and fill your eyebrows with Morphe Brow Cream. We used the color “Latte” but you should choose the color that best matches your eyebrow color.
10. Use an angled liner brush to line your eyes with Anastasia Beverly Hills Waterproof Creme Color in “Jet.” We created a winged liner, however, you may choose a more subtle line for a daytime look.
11. To add a boost of drama, apply false eyelashes. This will give a powerful look while keeping your eyes natural.
12. Next, line your lips with Italia Deluxe Ultra Fine Lip Liner Pencil in “Cabaret.” Draw a thick line on the bottom lip and completely fill the top lip with the liner.
13. Fill your lips with Makeup Forever lip color in “M206 Smokey Pink” using a lip brush. This will add dimension to your rosy lip.
