Turn a 404 error message into a silent statement in your next manicure

You don’t have to be a tech expert to know that a “404” error message means something has gone awry. These numeric error messages pop up whenever your computer browser can’t locate the page or website you’re trying to find. Sometimes, a simple typo is the cause, but occasionally the web page has been removed or is simply malfunctioning.
Take this simple message a step further by applying it to your nails to see how your friends and colleagues respond. It may lead to a chuckle or keep a bothersome coworker at bay. Once someone sees the message you’re putting out, you may not have as many interruptions.

Instructions
1. Apply two coats of white gel polish to your nails, and cure it between coats with the UV or LED lamp.
2. Use the short round brush to paint neon pink swirls. Paint one near the tip and another one along the edge of your cuticle.
3. Sweep neon green gel polish just inside the upper pink swirl, along the left edge and tip, and inside the pink swirl near the cuticle.
4. Layer lavender gel polish over the exposed white polish.
5. While the gel polish is still wet, drag the medium liner brush through the paint to create a tie-dye effect. Start at the center of the nail, and drag the brush toward the outer edge. Repeat this step five or six times. Repeat several more times, working from the outer edge inward. Cure the wet gel with the lamp.
6. Use the tweezers to remove a “404” sticker from its backing. Position the sticker near the cuticle area, so that it's facing the nail tip. You want other people to be able to read the message. Press the sticker into place with your finger.
7. Repeat step 6 by placing an “error” sticker below the 404.
8. Protect your manicure by applying a layer of non-wipe top coat. Cure the gel one final time.
