Master this peachy navy ombré makeup look

Building an ombré eye makeup look isn’t that difficult when you’re working with neutral shades. Transitioning from beige to tan to brown to chocolate seems almost intuitive. But if you’re wanting to try your hand at something unconventional, like orange and blue, you may be feeling outside your comfort zone.
Now, these shades may seem like a bad mix, but blue and orange are actually complementary colors, which means they go well together when balanced. This warm ombré is primarily orange, and the navy blue is blended over black gel liner. If you’ve never used finishing powder before, think of it as a way to add a little extra light and dimension to your face. It’s not matte or one-dimensional like setting powder, so use it on the high points of your face to catch the light.

Instructions
1. Outline your brows, and fill in missing hairs with brow pomade. Use an angled brow brush for precision.
2. Apply several small dots of moisturizer and liquid highlighter to your face with the buffing brush. Use a foundation brush to press the products into your skin. The combination hydrates and highlights your skin simultaneously.
3. Apply foundation to your face with the foundation brush.
4. Restore brightness to your face by applying concealer with the flat concealer brush. Apply the product below your eyes, on the center of your chin and forehead, along the bridge of your nose, and above your Cupid’s bow. Press the product into your skin with a damp beauty sponge.
5. Contour your cheeks, temples and the upper corners of your forehead by applying dark-colored concealer with the applicator wand. Press the concealer into your foundation with the damp beauty sponge.
6. Set your concealer by pressing yellow setting powder below your eyes with the damp sponge. Use the powder brush to sweep additional powder over your T-zone to mattify your foundation and set it for the day.
7. Swirl pressed powder over the contoured areas of your face with the powder brush to set the concealer and deepen the color.
8. Dust finishing powder over the tops of your cheekbones as well as the high points of your cheeks, nose, Cupid’s bow and chin with the cheek brush.
9. Swirl pink blush over the apples of your cheeks with the cheek brush.
10. Use the concealer brush to apply eye shadow primer to your entire eye area. Use patting motions to avoid creating brush marks.
11. Sweep coral eye shadow along your crease and under your lower lashes with the blending brush.
12. Line your upper lashes with black gel using the angled liner brush. Before the eyeliner dries, use the shader brush to diffuse the pigment over the entire lid.
13. Use the blending brush to pick up pale peach and orange eye shadow. Sweep the color between the crease and the blackened lid, and then below the lower lashes. Use the blending brush to blend the colors together on the lid.
14. Layer navy eye shadow over the darkened lid and under the outer third of your lower lashes with a small eye shadow brush. Use the blending brush to blend the colors together on your lid.
15. Sweep pink blush along the crease and below your eye with the blending brush to add a little extra sparkle.
16. Further intensify the crease of your eye and the lower lash area by applying deep orange blush with the blending brush.
17. Use the small eye shadow brush to apply orange metallic eye shadow near the tear duct and beneath the brow bone. Use the cheek brush to sweep the same color onto the tip of your nose, Cupid’s bow and upper cheekbones.
18. Apply one or two coats of mascara to your lashes.
19. Hold the false lashes with the tweezers, and apply a small amount of lash glue onto the lash band. Let the glue set for 10 seconds, then apply the lashes just above your upper lashes.
20. Outline your lips with rose lip liner to prevent your lipstick from bleeding.
21. Fill in your lips using matte orange lipstick and a lip brush for precision.
