Turn on your supernaturally seductive charms with this vampire makeup look

Looking for a classic costume idea? This vampire makeup look is instantly recognizable and delivers serious drama. Slip on a slinky black dress and plenty of jewels to finish the look. Onlookers won’t be able to resist your ghastly gaze and show-stopping style.
The key to this makeup look is stark, powdery skin. To get the right look for you, start with a foundation that’s several shades lighter than your skin tone, then load powder on top. Another defining feature is the eyes and lips, which are both lined with black eyeliner and accented with the same matte red lip cream. This brings a provocative edge to the completed look, so don’t hold back when piling on the color.

Instructions
1. Fill in your brows with brow pomade and an angled brush. This vampire look thrives on drama, so don’t be afraid to add a bit more definition than you usually would. Shape your brows with a spoolie.
2. Choose the second lightest foundation in your foundation palette. Apply the foundation under and above your brows with an eye shadow detail brush or other small precision brush. Blend the edges of the foundation in with a small blending brush.
3. Add the lightest and second lightest foundation in your foundation palette to a flat foundation brush, then apply the foundation to the rest of your face.
4. Apply a few stripes of concealer underneath your eyes. Dampen a blending sponge, then use the tapered end to blend in the concealer. Use a stippling motion to spread the concealer evenly under your eyes and across the tops of your cheeks. Dab a bit of the concealer on your eyelids and blend in.
5. Load powder onto a powder brush, then dab it down your cheeks and across your nose and chin. Sweep the remaining powder across the rest of your face.
6. Sweep a gray eye shadow underneath your cheekbone with a fluffy eye shadow brush. Blend the color in with swirling motions. This will give your cheeks a hollow look.
7. Apply “Rouge Red," red matte lip cream or a red eye shadow cream directly to your eyelid. Blend it in up to your crease with a flat eye shadow brush. With a fluffy eye shadow brush, apply matte red eye shadow on top of the cream, along your lower lash line and to the outer V of your lid.
8. With a fine-tipped eyeliner brush, apply eyeliner to your crease, then angle down to your upper lash line, and thickly line your eyes. Blend in the liner with the edge of a flat eye shadow brush.
9. Apply mascara to your upper and lower lashes. Apply false eyelashes, and allow the lash glue to set.
10. Line your lips with a black pencil. With a lipstick brush, apply “Sheer Morello” or another sheer, plum-colored lipstick near the black liner.
11. Apply “Rouge Red” or a red matte lip cream to the middle of your lips.
12. With a paintbrush, add a drop or two of fake blood to one corner of your lips. With that, your vampire makeup look is complete!
