Layer cream and powder products to achieve this intense fiery look

Smoky-eyed looks are always in style, and you know what they say about smoke. Where there’s smoke, there’s also fire! Warm-hued eye shadow is intense, so if you’re looking to make a statement, this color combination will help you reach your goals.
Achieving intense pigmentation often requires layering multiple products. Red does not always live up to its potential on its own, but using red lip cream as a base makes the matte shadow stand out. To ensure the lid is fully primed, use concealer first then lip cream then eye shadow. The powder shadow will bond with the cream underneath, ensuring that your colors don’t blur together.

Instructions
1. Outline your brows to enhance their shape by applying brow pomade with an angled brush. Finish grooming them with a spoolie.
2. Prepare your skin for foundation by applying makeup primer with your fingertips.
3. Apply foundation with a foundation brush in patting motions. Don’t swirl the brush as this will leave brush marks and can also cause the tiny hairs on the face to stand up.
4. Brighten the forehead, nose and undereye area with light-colored concealer. Press the product into your skin with a damp beauty sponge.
5. Dot dark-colored concealer below your cheekbones and along the hairline. Press the product into the foundation with a dense contouring brush.
6. Apply dark-colored concealer to an angled brush. To make your nose look thinner, draw a vertical line on each side, and diffuse the product with a narrow brush.
7. Set the light-colored concealer by pressing loose powder into the skin with the sponge.
8. Darken the contours of your face by applying contouring powder with a powder brush.
9. Prep your eye area for makeup by applying light-colored concealer with the concealer brush.
10. Use red lip cream as an eye shadow base by applying it in layers on the lid. Gently press the product into the concealed area with a buffing brush. Tip: You may need to apply two layers to achieve a pigmented look.
11. Layer red matte eye shadow over the lid, and sweep it beneath the lower lashes with a blending brush.
12. Sweep orange matte eye shadow into the crease and below the lower lashes with a crease brush.
13. Apply deep yellow matte eye shadow above the red shadow with the crease brush.
14. Create a smoky outer corner by applying matte black eye shadow with a crease brush. Sweep this color below the lower lashes as well.
15. Line the upper lid with black liquid eyeliner. To create the wing, draw a short diagonal line from the outer corner up toward the tail of the brow. Draw a second line from the middle of the lid outward, and connect it to the wing. Fill in any gaps, so that the wing is complete.
16. Apply two coats of black mascara to your lashes.
17. Hold the false lashes with the tweezers, and apply a small amount of lash glue onto the lash band. Let the glue set for 10 seconds then apply the lashes just above your upper lash line.
18. Bring light to your cheekbones and cupid’s bow by applying pale gold highlighter with a tapered brush.
19. Highlight the inner corner of the eye with the same highlighter, but use a pencil brush for precision.
20. Prevent lipstick from feathering by lining your lips with brick-colored lip pencil.
21. Fill in your lips with chili pepper red liquid lipstick then diffuse the product with a lip brush.
22. Apply beige lipstick to the center of your lips and then blend it in with a lip brush for an ombré effect.
