Learn how to create a monochromatic makeup look with ease

Do you ever feel overwhelmed when attempting to put together a cohesive makeup look? Once upon a time, eye shadow compacts contained only two or three colors. Blush came in a single shade, and highlighters were nearly nonexistent.
With today’s palettes containing dozens of options, it can be difficult to pick the right combination of colors and products for a simple look. This tutorial solves that dilemma by using a six-color blush palette for both eyes and cheeks. These warm-toned, peach-based products work seamlessly together, so your eyes and cheeks will coordinate perfectly with your pout.

Instructions
1. Before applying makeup, apply illuminating makeup primer to your skin with your fingertips.
2. Even out your skin by applying tinted moisturizer with a fluffy face brush. Unlike a sponge, a brush will evenly distribute the product. And since moisturizer is less pigmented than foundation, the brush won’t leave any streaks of color.
3. Press the remaining moisturizer into your skin with a damp beauty sponge. This will also remove excess product, so your skin will look flawless.
4. If you have any discoloration under your eyes, apply liquid concealer with the attached applicator, and pat it into your skin with the damp beauty sponge.
5. Use the eyebrow pencil to fill in sparse areas in your brows, then use the attached screw brush to groom them and diffuse the pigment
6. Apply peachy-orange cheek powder to the entire eyelid and crease area with an eye shadow brush.
7. To brighten the eye area, dust champagne gold cheek powder on the inner third of the eyelid with the eye shadow brush.
8. Close your eye and use your fingers to apply gentle tension to the outer corner of your eye. Apply dark brown eyeliner just above the lash line.
9. Curl your lashes with the eyelash curler, and then apply mascara to both the upper and lower lashes
10. Swirl peachy-orange cheek powder onto the cheekbones, beginning at the center of the cheek and working upward in a diagonal line toward the top of the ear near the hairline.
11. Use the same brush and champagne gold cheek powder to highlight the tops of the cheekbones.
12. Line and fill in your lips with peachy-brown lip color.
13. For lush-looking lips, apply shimmering peach lip gloss.
14. Tap a small amount of loose setting powder into the lid of the jar. Swirl the fluffy face brush in the powder, and then brush it over your T-zone. This will set your makeup and keep your T-zone from becoming shiny during the day.
15. To eliminate powdery residue while keeping your makeup looking fresh all day, mist your face with setting spray. Tip: Hold the bottle at least 4 to 6 inches away from your face to avoid getting wet droplets on your skin.
