Neck makeup can be used to cover splotchy skin and redness as well as make the skin appear smoother and younger. The most important aspect of neck makeup, however, is that it helps match your face makeup to your body. After layers of foundation, contour and bronzer, your face makeup can end up being darker than your natural skin tone, and this becomes very apparent when you fail to blend makeup onto the neck. Materials
- CC Cream
- BB Cream
- Translucent powder
- Foundation brush
- Powder brush

Instructions
1. Select a CC cream in a shade matching the skin tone of your face and apply to the neck.
2. Use a foundation brush to cover the neck and blend onto your collarbone.
3. Take a BB cream that's a slightly darker shade than the chest and apply on the collarbone.
3. Use the same brush to blend around the collarbone and chest to where your shirt starts.
4. With the translucent powder and a powder brush, apply all over the neck, collarbone and chest.
5. All done! Now your makeup is complete and blended flawlessly.
