Make your eyes replicate the ocean with this deep-sea look

According to make-up artist Fara Homidi, who has worked on the likes of Hailey Baldwin Bieber and looks for top magazine covers, blue eye shadow "looks great on everyone." And we couldn't agree more. The cool tone is no longer a pop nightmare of 80s throwback photos, but now a popular primary shade sported by Kim Kardashian and even romantic heartthrob actor, Noah Centineo — yes, you read that right.
The return of the blue shimmer is perfect for an icy look in the winter as well as a tropical ocean-inspired look in the summer. The universally fun and flattering blue is definitely having several moments in the beauty industry, which is why our tutorial below will show you exactly how to replicate the mysterious aesthetic of the deep blue sea.

Instructions
1. Ensure your skin is moisturized and hydrated by rubbing in the Kiehls Ultra Facial Cream to your entire face.
2. Create a radiant yet matte base with your Smashbox Photo Finish Primer, gently dabbing it into your cheeks.
3. Take your foundation stipple brush, and use it to apply your NARS Radiant Natural Longwear Foundation. Create an even coverage across your face by blending the foundation with the brush in sweeping and patting motions.
4. Using the wand on your Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer, apply the product under your eyes, at the center of your forehead between your brows and on your chin.
5. Blend the concealer into your skin with a blending sponge, making sure to cover your eyelids and any dark spaces surrounding.
6. It's time to bake. Dab your blending sponge into your Mercier Translucent Setting Powder, and carefully tap the powder onto your under-eyes until it is soaked in.
7. Next is arguably the most face framing asset: the eyebrows. Dab the tip of your sharp eyebrow brush into the NYX pomade, and use it to fill in and shape your brows. Do so by utilizing the brushes sharp edges to create a defined arch and point at the end of the brow. Lastly, brush the brows into place with a spoolie.
8. Apply the Fenty Sun Stalk'r Instant Warmth Bronzer in shade Private Island just below your cheekbones with a contour brush. Use sweeping and circular motions to create a defined, contoured shadow.
9. With the same contour brush, blend in your NARS Blush in shade Orgasm into your cheeks, combining it with the Fenty Bronzer for a natural glow.
10. Sweep the MAC Velvet Lipstick in shade Velvet Teddy over your lips. Press your lips together to create an even, defined lip.
11. To prep your eyes, cover your eyelids with the MAC Paint Pot in the shade Soft Ochre. Use a concealer brush for complete coverage right up to your brow bone.
12. Using a fluffy eye shadow brush, blend a light peach or caramel color into the crease of your eyelid, creating definition in the skin.
13. Rub your eyeshadow applicator into the sparkly blue color in the Sleek Makeup E10 Palette. Dab the bright product onto your eyelid, making sure to cover the whole lid, but being cautious not to go over the crease. You can make sure the border between the peach shadow and the blue isn't too harsh by blending them together with your fluffy eyeshadow brush.
14. Add some drama with an eyeliner touch by drawing the Rimmel Scandaleyes Brow & Liner Kajal in shade Cobalt Craze onto your upper lash line, lower lash line and tear duct. If the eyeliner appears too neat or contained, use your finger to gently blend it outwards.
15. Lastly, apply your L'Oréal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara to your upper and lower lashes, being careful not to accidentally transfer any of the product onto your blue eyelid. Once complete, your dazzling eyes will resemble the deep blue sea.
