Turn basic black liner into a glittery wing

Are you bored with your basic black liner? Do you feel the need to look a little more festive? If your makeup routine is getting stale, it's time to change things. Bold eye shadow is one option, but if you normally opt for a neutral eye with a basic black wing, you probably want something simple.
Enter glitter liner. Select a tube of clear glitter eyeliner as opposed to a colored product. You'll be able to jazz up any color by layering the clear liner over a colored one while saving a few dollars. This video shows you how to do both steps. Start with a basic wing, and top it off with a sparkly coat of glitter. Keep the rest of your makeup simple, but don't forget to apply your favorite rosy neutral lipstick to balance out the look.

Instructions
1. Fill in your brows using brow pomade and an angled brow brush. Diffuse the pigment and fluff up the brow hair with a spoolie.
2. Line the upper eye and create a small wing with the angled eyeliner brush and black gel liner. Press the brush against the outer corner of the eye on a slight diagonal slant, so the outer edge is pointing toward your temple. Position the brush above the first line to form the wing's upper portion. Drag the brush back toward the lash line, and fill in the gap between the two lines to form the wing.
3. Layer liquid glitter eyeliner over the black liner. Layering colors will help you achieve a customized effect.
4. Apply one or two coats of black mascara to your upper and lower lashes.
5. Pick up the false lashes with the tweezers, and put a small amount of lash glue on the lash band. Let the glue set for 10 seconds. Apply the lashes just above your upper lash line.
6. Complete the look and balance your dramatic glittery-winged liner by applying matte rose-beige lipstick to your lips.
