Create a quick neutral smoky eye

If lengthy makeup tutorials have you thinking you don’t have time to create a smoky look, this video will change your mind. This neutral smoky makeup look only requires three brushes. In fact, certain products are easier to apply with your fingers than with brushes or sponges.
Eye shadow stick has a creamy consistency, which makes it easy to apply effortlessly. When you use it as a base for powder eye shadow, it intensifies the color and minimizes fading. Since you’ll be applying various products to your face with your fingers, keep a clean towel handy to wipe off the excess product in between applications.

Instructions
1. Gently hold the skin near the eye taut, and then apply rosy brown eye shadow stick onto the lid and below the lower lashes. Use your finger to pat the color into the skin, then wipe your finger clean on the towel. Tip: Holding the skin will prevent you from accidentally applying color to the crease area.
2. Layer taupe shimmer eye shadow over the initial color with a flat eye shadow brush. This intensifies the color and prevents the stick product from creasing.
3. Apply black eyeliner pencil just above the upper lashes, then smudge the liner with a pencil brush to diffuse the pigment.
4. Darken your lashes by applying one or two coats of mascara to both the upper and lower lashes.
5. Fill in your brows with dark brown eyebrow pencil, then brush through them to soften the pigment and set them into place using the attached screw brush.
6. Prevent your brows from being unruly by brushing clear brow gel through the hair.
7. Even out your complexion by applying foundation stick directly to the areas of your face that need the most coverage. Blend the product into your skin with your fingers and add more as needed.
8. Brighten the undereye area and highlight the center of the nose and the cupid’s bow by applying liquid concealer with the applicator wand. Pat the product into your skin with your fingers.
9. Set your makeup by sweeping warm beige pressed powder onto your face with a fluffy powder brush. Tip: Apply powder to areas that tend to get oily during the day or any places where your pores are very visible.
10. Warm up the perimeter of your face by brushing bronzing powder onto the forehead, underneath the cheekbones, and along the jawline with the powder brush.
11. Apply rose-colored blush to the apples of the cheeks in a pat-and-swirl motion with the powder brush.
12. Line and fill in your lips with matte pink-brown lip pencil.
13. Give your pout a glossy glow by applying a layer of nude pink lip gloss.
