Create a glistening gold glitter look with winged liner

If there's one thing we can guarantee in the current climate of the beauty world, it's that glitter lids and winged eyeliner are here to stay. With glitter eyes being used at the backstage makeup stations for brands such as Emporio Armani, Stella Jean, and Ralph & Russo—a favorite of Meghan Markle—these dazzling looks prove that maybe, all that glitters really is gold. If it's good enough for high-end brands, as well as Noami Wanatabe (the Queen Bey of Japan), then it's certainly good enough for us.
The glistening shadows, combined with a vintage black feline flick will give you serious ancient Egyptian goddess vibes. Complemented with a nude lip to focus on the bold eyes, this look is perfect for a special occasion or simply a glam session to practice your winged liner application techniques. Grab your brushes and prime your skin, your 24-karat eyes await.

Instructions
1. Use your fingertips to rub the IT Cosmetics Hydrating Moisturizer into your entire face. Once this is soaked in, apply the Benefit Pearl Primer to your T zone and chin to create a radiant base for the look ahead.
2. With your foundation brush, blend your MAC Cosmetics Studio Fix into your skin, ensuring you have created a full and even coverage across your face and in every crease.
3. Paint on small strokes of the Colourpop No filter Matte Concealer in both shade Light 10 and Medium 22 under your eyes, on your cupids bow, chin and on your forehead. Blend the two shades together and into your skin with a concealer brush in circular motions.
4. Pat the Coty Airspun Loose Face Powder in shade Translucent under your eyes with a fluffy powder brush to set your concealer and reduce shine.
5. Gently brush the Benefit Cosmetics Brow Pencil onto your eyebrows, filling in any gaps in your hairs and creating a defined shape in your arch. Be sure to follow your brows natural shape and work in upward, quick stroking motions.
6. Dab your contour brush into your MAC Cosmetics Mineralize powder in shade Give Me Sun and blend it just beneath your cheekbones to form depth and structure in your face.
7. Using shade Honest from the PUR Cosmetics 4-in-1 Blush Book, take a clean contour brush and blend the product into your cheeks for a natural pop of color.
8. With a flat eyeshadow brush, apply the MAC Paint Pot in shade Soft Ochre across your entire eyelid, all the way up to your brows, to create a base ahead of your eye look.
9. Take your Anastasia Beverly Hills (ABH) Sultry Eyeshadow Palette and use a fluffy eyeshadow brush to apply shade Birch to your crease. For extra depth and smoke, take the same brush and palette and blend shade Dystopian into the outer corners of your eyes.
10. Now it's time for the gold. With the tip of your finger, rub the shade Steampunk from the ABH Sultry Eyeshadow Palette onto the part of your lid clear of any color. Pat the glittery shadow evenly across the lid and blend it into the other colors.
11. With a small eyeshadow brush, lightly blend shade Dystopian again into your lower lash line. Use your finger to brush away any excess/fall-out.
12. Using your flat line brush, paint your Maybelline Gel Eyeliner in shade Blackshot Black onto your upper lash line. Use the edge of your flat brush to create a dramatic cat wing extending from the outer corner of your eye, pointing upward. Once complete, drag the brush backward against the wing you created to connect it with the rest of your lash line.
13. Apply the L'Oreal Voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara to your lashes using the wand provided. On top of this, you can also add a pair of false lashes using tweezers.
14. To hold your makeup for a long period of time, spritz your entire face with the Urban Decay Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray, holding the spray at least 6 inches from your face.
15. Finally, to complement your bold eyes, apply the Charlotte Tilbury Lipstick in shade Pillow Talk—pressing your lips together for even coverage.
