Create a glitzy golden eye shadow look with winged liner and false lashes

While everything that glitters might not be gold, that knowledge shouldn't stop you from pulling out all the stops for a big night on the town. Whether it's New Year's Eve or just Friday night, sometimes going full-on glam is the only way to go.
This glamorous look features the Sultry eye shadow palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills. The necessary colors are listed below, so feel free to use what you already own.

Matte and metallic shadows define the eye, and a fierce black wing and false lashes pull the whole look together. Shimmer and glitter eye shadow usually applies better with your finger than with a brush. There's also less fallout, but any loose product can easily be swept away with a fluffy brush for a flawless effect.

Instructions
1. Fill in your brows with medium-dark brown eyebrow pencil, and then use the screw brush to diffuse the pigment and groom your brows.
2. Create an eye shadow base and cover discoloration by applying yellow-beige cream eye shadow onto the eye area from the lash line up to the brows using a small eye shadow brush.
3. Sweep matte midtone yellow-taupe eye shadow onto the crease of the eye with a fluffy blending brush.
4. Darken the outer corner of the lid by applying matte dark ash brown eye shadow with the fluffy blending brush. Sweep the brush along the outer edge of the crease to blend the two colors together.
5. Pat metallic topaz-bronze eye shadow onto the inner two-thirds of the lid with your finger. Tip: Sweep off any shadow particles that have fallen below your eye with a fluffy powder brush.
6. Balance the look by applying midtone yellow-taupe eye shadow below the lower lashes with a pencil brush.
7. Deepen the color under the lower lashes by applying matte dark ash brown eye shadow against the lash line with a shadow liner brush.
8. Use the angled eyeliner brush and black gel eyeliner to line the upper eye and create a small wing.
9. Apply one or two coats of black mascara to your lashes.
10. Pick up the false lashes with the tweezers, then put a small amount of lash glue onto the lash band. Let the glue set for 10 seconds, and then apply the lashes just above your upper lash line.
