How to look like a Hollywood starlet with winged liner and red lips

If you love classic movies or old Hollywood glamour, then this winged liner and red lip look is a must. Almost everyone can wear red lipstick. Matching the shade to your skin’s undertone is key, so be sure to pick a red that's either warm- or cool-based. The model in the video has warm undertones, so the lipstick used here has a hint of orange in it. If your skin has cool undertones, choose a blue-red lipstick instead.
Creating the perfect wing takes practice, but you’ll get good results if you use two different liquid liners to achieve the effect. A super fine tip is necessary for lining the inner corners of the eyes, while a standard fine-tipped liner will work best for creating the wing.

Since the emphasis will be on your eyes and lips, it’s best to pair a black wing with neutral eye shadow and a pair of false lashes for a wide-eyed look.

Instructions
1. Pump one to two drops of primer onto your fingers, then gently rub it into your skin.
2. Apply a small amount of peach color corrector to the under-eye area where you have darkness or discoloration. Use a flat concealer brush to gently diffuse the product.
3. Apply concealer to the areas of your face that you want to lighten, such as the under-eye area, the bridge of the nose and center of the forehead. Blend the concealer into your skin with a small eye shadow brush.
4. Apply cream contour to your upper forehead, beneath the cheekbones, along the sides of the nose, on the outer corners of the lower lip and on the jawline. Diffuse the product with a contouring brush.
5. Apply foundation to your skin, pressing it into place with a damp beauty sponge.
6. Tap the loose setting powder into the jar lid, then dip a damp beauty sponge into the powder. Press the sponge against the entire eye area, onto the forehead and along the bridge of the nose to set the foundation.
7. Fill in your brows with the brow pencil. Use the spoolie to diffuse the pigment and brush your brows into position.
8. Sweep soft brown eye shadow into the crease of your eyelid and on the outer corner with the fluffy blending brush.
9. Deepen the crease and outer corner of the eyelid by using dusty orange eye shadow and a small eye shadow brush.
10. Smoke out the outer corner of the eyelid by applying medium-brown eye shadow with a small eye shadow brush.
11. Apply white eye shadow on the inner corner and center of the eyelid with a flat eye shadow brush.
12. To create the wing, apply black liquid eyeliner to the outer corner of the upper eyelid, then apply liner to the rest of the lash line.
13. Apply a small amount of lash glue to the lash band of the false lashes and wait 10 seconds for the glue to become tacky. Position the lashes just above your upper lashes by using a pair of tweezers.
14. Use the fine-tipped liquid liner to draw a very fine line above your upper lashes on the inner corner.
15. Warm up your complexion by sweeping bronzing powder over the tops of your cheeks with a fluffy cheek brush.
16. Brush blush onto the apples of your cheeks with the fluffy cheek brush.
17. Sweep gold highlighter onto the tops of your cheekbones and below the arch of your brows with a highlighter brush.
18. Finish off the look by applying red liquid lipstick to your lips.
What a classic look! Stay pretty!
