How to paint a peach and gold chevron design

Symmetrical designs and patterns create a sense of balance, and the chevron has long been a staple in fashions and textiles. The zigzag design has been woven into baskets, carved into architecture, and inlaid into floors. If the design appeals to you, this soft peach and gold design will look great at work or at play this season.
To create this look, start with a basic white manicure. The peach chevron is outlined with gold metallic paint, which makes each individual color stand out. Once you've mastered the basic design, try adding two or three chevrons to your other nails. The design will remain cohesive as long as the color scheme remains consistent throughout.

Instructions
1. Apply two coats of white gel polish to the nails, curing them between coats with the UV or LED lamp.
2. Place peach gel paint on a pad of Extreme Post-it notes. Dip the fine detail brush into the paint, then create a zigzag design on the nail. Start at the cuticle, and draw the design toward the nail tip. Cure the paint with the lamp.
3. Place gold metallic gel paint on the Post-it note. Dip the fine detail brush into the paint, then outline the zigzag design. Cure the paint with the lamp.
4. Seal and protect the design by applying a layer of no-wipe gel top coat to the nail, then cure the polish once more.
