Instructions
1. Start by parting your hair down the middle.
2. Reach to the back of your head and section off the crown using your fingers.
3. Secure the hair at your crown with a clear ponytail holder.
4. Hold the hair underneath the ponytail and use your other hand to gently tug at the hair at your crown in order to create volume.
5. Take your headband and place it on your head, in front of the hair at your crown, leaving plenty of hair at the front.
6. On one side of your part, pick up a section of hair with your fingers. Using your other hand, slip two fingers underneath the headband.
7. Cross the section of hair over the headband and use your two fingers to pull the hair through the headband.
8. Take another section of hair and repeat this method until you reach your ear, or you can stop wherever you prefer. Try not to lift the headband too much or you may disrupt the previous sections of hair.
9. Continue this same method on the other side of your hair part. Note: Do this in whatever way is most comfortable for you. If you feel like leaving some hair out, such as a fringe, feel free to do so.
10. Once you're finished, use your fingers to gently tug on the hair wrapped around the headband to "fluff" it.
11. You can either leave in the ponytail or take it out to let your hair fall loosely. This is the point where you can add any hair clips or barrettes. All that's left is to show off your new hairstyle!
