Materials
- Cigarette lighter
- Hair clips
- Paddle brush
Instructions
1. Part your hair down the middle and clip one side away, making sure the ends are completely tucked in to avoid any careless mistakes.
2. Repeat the same process on the opposite side of your head.
3. Take a two-inch section of hair and twist it until taut. Use one hand to twist the section and the other hand to hold it.
4. Use the lighter to run the flame up and down the midshaft of hair only. This should singe any split ends peeking through.
5. Run your fingers down the twisted section of hair to clear out the tiny embers. Remember to keep the lighter moving at all times to prevent damage.
6. Repeat steps 3, 4 and 5 throughout your entire head.
7. Release the twists and enjoy your healthier head of hair.
