For a stress-free workout, try this braided top knot

Finding time to go to the gym is tough enough without having to deal with your hair. Since most workouts require a carefree look that won't fall in your face, it's tempting to just pull your hair back into a ponytail and call it a day. Unfortunately, that tight elastic band may also give you a headache.
This braided top knot solves both problems. Only half of the hair is pulled up, so the style won't put added tension on your head. The braid also keeps all the hair neatly in place. While the style might look complicated, it's super easy and doesn't require special braiding skills.

2. Create a standard three-strand braid using the hair you secured in step two. Secure the ends with a hair elastic when the braid is complete.
3. Lift the braid up and twist it into a top knot and then secure it in place with bobby pins.
