- Empty roller ball bottle
- Carrier oil
- Sweet orange oil
- Patchouli oil
- Pine needle oil
- Lavender oil
- Ylang-ylang oil
- Bergamot oil

1. Drop seven drops of sweet orange oil into the empty roller ball bottle. This scent acts as a natural antidepressant.
