How to brighten eyes with a neutral glitter look

Materials
- Liquid glitter eyeshadow
- Neutral matte brown eyeshadow
- Mid-tone matte brown eyeshadow
- Dark brown eyeshadow
- Blending eyeshadow brush
- Flat eyeshadow brush

Instructions
1. Dip the blending brush in the neutral matte brown shade and sweep it into your crease using microcircles and windshield wiper motions.

2. Dip the same brush into a matte neutral shade one shade darker than the first and blend slightly above your crease until the two shades appear seamless.

3. Pick up liquid glitter eyeshadow with the flat brush. Dab in the middle of your eyelid below the crease and take your time applying for an even coat over the eyeshadow.

4. Dab a bit of glitter and apply it to the inner corners of your eyes to brighten your look.

5. Closely line your lower lash line with another matte neutral shade to add definition to your eyes.
