Materials
- Rattail comb
- Elastics
- Bobby pins
- Curling iron
Instructions
1. Begin the braid at the top of your head next to your part.
2. Take a small section of hair and lift it over your part and clip it out of the way.
3. Take another section of hair below the first and secure it into a ponytail with an elastic.
4. Release the top section of hair, divide it into two pieces and bring the lower ponytail up through the middle, securing it at the top like before.
5. Add some additional hair to the two loose pieces and secure that with an elastic.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you reach your ear. Stop braiding at this point, leaving the remaining hair below the braid loose, and repeat on the other side.
7. Once you’ve completed both braids, gently pull the sections apart to make them more fluffy.
8. Bring both braids together in the back to create a halo. Pin in place with bobby pins.
9. Curl all loose hair to complete the look.
