Materials
- Alligator hair clip
- Several elastic hair bands
Instructions
1. Begin at the top of your head. Gather a section of hair into a ponytail and secure it with an elastic, and pin it up top and out of the way.
2. Create a second ponytail directly beneath the first one.
3. Release the first ponytail from the clip. Divide it in half and lift the lower ponytail up between the two sections and secure it with the hair clip.
4. With the remaining loose sections, gather some more hair and create another ponytail. Secure with an elastic.
5. Repeat step 3 by releasing the pinned-up ponytail, dividing it in half and lifting up the lower ponytail.
6. Continue until you reach the bottom. You can bring the braid around your shoulder to make it easier to complete.
7. When you've finished the braid, gently pull apart the sections to provide some body and fullness.
