Instructions
1. As always, take care to prep your nails. Trim, file, nudge cuticles and buff up nails nice and pretty. Wash them and wipe clean.

2. Paint nails with a nude nail polish. Add a second coat and allow drying time.
3. With the easy-off base coat, paint the top of your nail tips. With the picker pencil, apply delicate rhinestones with three gems on the tip of your nail. Apply two small gems, with one larger gem in the center. Continue to add bling to each nail tip.
4. Finish with a top coat on each nail.
5. If you like, don't stop there. Add extra rhinestone bling with easy-off base coat onto your fingers.
