Materials
- Isopropyl alcohol
- Alcohol-activated paint palette
- Sponges
- Frozen SFX gel
- Spatula
- SFX frozen crystals in various small sizes
- Spoolie
- White hair paint
Instructions
1. Activate the colors in the alcohol-activated paint palette with isopropyl alcohol.
2. Dip a sponge onto the white shade in the palette, and pat the mixture onto your face.
3. Use another sponge to dab red paint near your eyes, nose, mouth and hairline area.
4. Repeat the same steps using the purple paint but this time around, be sure to add the shade onto your cheeks and lips.
5. Smear the frozen SFX gel over your face with the spatula.
6. Afterward, sprinkle the SFX frozen crystals over the gel.
7. Layer black paint from the palette close to your eyes, nose, mouth, cheeks and hairline. This step reinforces a hypothermia effect.
8. Now on to a few finishing touches. Dip the spoolie into the white hair paint and coat your lashes with the mixture. Run the same spoolie onto a few strands of hair around your face, cementing that frosted look.
