How to apply berry eyes and berry lips

With summer days just a fond memory, our thoughts, wardrobes and makeup take on the shades of autumn. Transitioning from summer makeup doesn't have to mean giving up a little drama. Berry tones have always been at home on our lips, but they can be super fun on your eyes as well.
For this tutorial, we picked several shades of cranberry to give your eyes and lips some drama. This look can be modified to be subtle or bold, so don't be afraid to try it out. To pull everything together, you'll need a pink or berry blush. Keeping all the colors in the same family is what makes this look come together.

Materials
- Pale matte eyeshadow (something close to your natural skin tone)
- 2 different shades of matte cranberry eyeshadow
- Light pink shimmer eyeshadow
- Fuchsia lip liner
- Clear lip gloss
- Pink or berry blush
- Fluffy eyeshadow brush
- Flat eyeshadow brush
- Blush brush
Directions
1. Begin by applying pale matte eyeshadow over the entire eye area. This functions as a base for the other colors and helps you blend out the shadows better.
2. With the fluffy blending brush, work a small amount of matte cranberry eyeshadow into your crease. You can apply a second later to deepen the intensity.
3. Using your flat brush, apply the same cranberry shadow on the lid and below the lower lashes.
4. Deepen the lid color with the darker cranberry shade if you want more drama.
5. Bring light to the inner corners of your eyes by applying light pink shimmer eyeshadow.
6. Line your lips with the fuchsia lip pencil, then fill in the lips with the deepest cranberry shadow you used on your eyes.
7. Top off your lips with gloss.
8. Finally, apply a pop of color to your cheeks with either a pink or berry-toned blush.
Well, aren't you beautiful in berry? Gorgeous! Stay pretty!
