Materials
- Empty rollerball bottle
- Carrier oil
- Frankincense oil
- Pine oil
- Orange oil
Instructions
1. Put seven drops of frankincense essential oil into the empty bottle. This oil reduces stress and negative emotions.
2. Next, put three drops of pine oil into the bottle. Pine oil works well for its natural detoxifying properties.
3. Add three drops of orange oil. Orange oil adds a nice citrus tang to perfume and is said to be a natural antidepressant.
4. Fill the rollerball bottle almost to the top with carrier oil. (This version uses grapeseed oil, but you can use coconut oil, jojoba oil or sweet almond oil.)
5. Replace the cap on the bottle and shake gently to mix the ingredients.
This earthy perfume is ready to go. Apply to your neck, wrists and behind your ears to not only give yourself an earthy, comforting scent but also to activate the de-stressing properties on your pulse points.
